Shepherds individualize their care. Good shepherd leaders don’t have a one-size-fits-all approach for everyone around them. The safest place to vent our hurts and frustrations is in God’s presence. He is not going to fall off His throne when you tell Him what’s really in your heart (because He already knows!). But it can bring healing to your hurt when your ears hear what’s really going on in your heart.
