Leadership isn’t about me. Leadership isn’t about getting comfortable. Leadership isn’t about getting. Leadership isn’t about a title or perks. Leadership is about others. Leadership is about being uncomfortable with the discomfort of others. Leadership is about giving. Leadership is about serving.True leaders know God and show God to others.
