I’m a big fan of Convoy of Hope. They provide timely humanitarian need in time of disaster, giving people a tangible picture of the compassion of Jesus.
A couple of huge miracles…
- Convoy Of Hope had just restocked their warehouse in Haiti just before the earthquake hit.
- The COH warehouse wasn’t damaged during the earthquake.
- A couple of missionaries in the Dominican Republic had just secured passes to travel back-and-forth from the D.R. to Haiti. This made them a great resource to be able to take supplies and workers into Haiti.
You can see a video update from COH president Hal Donaldson. You can also donate to COH here.
Our church took a special offering for Convoy of Hope on Sunday. I’m glad we can help in this way.
