Did you know that the word saints almost always appears in the plural in the New Testament? That’s because God never intended anyone to be a Lone Ranger Saint.
As much as I need the Holy Spirit working in me, I need others working on me to bring the saint out of me.
We need to intentionally intersect with others, and we need to intentionally allow our faith to intersect with our everyday lives.
To help facilitate this, we are introducing our newest ministry called Intersection. This is intended to help facilitate the discussion between emerging saints. We are providing three discussion questions each week to kick-start the conversation, but I have a feeling that the Intersection groups that meet are going to take it much farther than I’ve planned!
You don’t have to be a part of Calvary Assembly of God to intentionally intersect with another emerging saint. Feel free to use our conversation questions to start a dialogue of your own. And if you have some ideas for other topics, please be sure to share those with me.
Here’s to sainthood!

WebMD posted an article this morning about the dangers of loneliness. In my opinion, Intersection would be a good protection against loneliness.
